Nice to have the extra width for burgers steaks pancakes etc. just remember that this is best for using on a flat square/rectangle grill. Due to the extra width it can’t get close to the edge of a round pan. I love it and find it very useful.

If you griddle / hibachi then this is a must. Sturdy and well designed it is an essential tool for all your cooking needs. The edges are rather sharp, good for scraping and quick chopping things like philly meat. I got two but for most jobs one is all you need, but buy two, can't go wrong here.

Very nice hamburger flipper works well on the new grill. That is a griddle grate combo.

I use an eight inch Lodge cast iron skillet at least once a day. I have used a similar sized Sabatier Triple Rivet Wide Turner from Amazon for the last few years. Unfortunately, I have melted the handle a few times by being careless. This Vovoly 3x4 turner has a heat resistant handle so it may last longer. The metal is very thick and sturdy (heavy weight). That makes it easy to chop up veggies in the skillet when cooking. I prefer the shape and feel of the Sabatier, but this Vovoly is a good value and it may replace the Sabatier as the main turner in my house. It's also able to be cleaned in the Dishwasher so that a plus also.
