This multi vitamin is the best.It is on the pricey side but to be honest it’s worth it.I get the peach mango flavour and it tastes great! Not too sweet not medicinal either nor does it upset my sensitive stomach.I have definitely seen progress with my hair growth.My hair was falling out a lot and now I can see and feel the thickness back in it, I am amazed!I didn’t have high hopes initially but the raving reviews convinced me.What’s great is that I get all my vitamins and my hair lush!I’m 56 and I take 2 tbs daily along with Nordic Naturals DHA and nothing else!On my 3rd bottle and as long as the quality remains the same, this is it!

I’m pleasantly surprised on how good this taste! I normally don’t do well with liquid vitamins, medications, really anything of that sort if it has a weird flavor. But this stuff is incredible! I take it every morning even on an empty stomach. It does not give me any kind of stomach issues. And I do feel more energized and healthier overall since taking this 10 out of 10 recommend!

Great product. I have used these products for months and have seen an increase in my hair length and some reduction of fine lines and wrinkles. The taste is ok, but the health benefits are even better.

This is the third time that I have ordered the mango vitamin product. Both my sister and I have been taking it daily. The liquid is thick but easy to swallow and digest. There is no vitamin taste which sometimes makes me wonder if there is vitamin in it at all. I feel great after taking the servings and my hair and nails are strong, hence my re-order. The product is rather pricey in comparison to others, so I’m not sure I re-order.Reason for the missing star. I noticed that my completely sealed bottle was not full. The liquid level ends at the top of the bottle label. Literally, I can see through the brown plastic bottle and the entire top is empty. I would need to power the contents out to measure that it is 30 fl oz.

I rarely leave reviews, but this stuff absolutely deserves one. After going through a period of intense hair loss due to stress, I was feeling so helpless cause I couldn't figure out why this was happening. Now after two months of everyday use, my hair feels thicker and stronger. The regrowth is real and I couldn’t be more grateful.One of my favorite things about this multivitamin is that it's liquid. I’ve tested this starting 10/13/2024 while also getting a filtered shower head. I had the liquid vitamin first and was taking it and then stopped to see which worked better the vitamin or the filtered shower head. I stopped for a brief bit of taking this and realized I must be lacking something that these vitamins helped with. My hair was falling out in clumps. Started taking this and my hair stopped falling out. I stopped taking it (again to test if it was the filtered shower head or the vitamins) and turned out it’s the vitamins. Also it being in liquid form helps me so much. I have tried pills in the past and a lot of different pills to take and I had a feeling of them being stuck in my throat constantly even if there was nothing there but it felt like it. Also I do not get sick after taking this, whereas as with pills even if I ate before taking them and digesting some I would still get a sick feeling. I also feel better taking this and have energy when lately I have felt exhausted before I found this. Honestly for what it does is worth the money and they make it easier for me avoiding taking pills/gummies. Honest opinion on the smell it wasn’t the best smell but it wasn’t bad either. Taste, is good I cannot complain about the taste. I prefer just peach over mango but the blend is nice. I have looked at other items from Mary Ruth’s as well as I just bought this one as a tester to see how it worked and I will be buying others since this one really works!My hair has grown but also without it falling out in clumps helps me keep more of my hair and give it a chance to grow instead of losing more. I wouldn’t say it is a rapid growth like over night but my hair has grown a bit faster in the last couple months than it has my entire life. I’m hoping this will help my hair continue to grow and grow past the middle of my shoulder blades as my hair seems to stop there. If not that’s okay because my hair, as mentioned stopped falling out and I will take that over anything. 😊 I hope this review helps you take the jump like I did!
