Such a great product, not only is it easy to assemble. It’s pretty quiet as it’s labeled. I am able to use it while the kids are napping with ease.

The media could not be loaded.  Pros-Was almost true to size (was actually one link smaller than I originally thought I was, based on the chart I should be using 14 links but I’m able to use 13).Came in a small box (most come in a fairly decent sized box while this one came in the smallest box I’ve seen for hoops so far).Comes with instructions.QUIET (video makes it seem louder than what it truly is, very quiet compared to 3 other brands of hoops I’ve tried).No pinching (highly recommend wearing a waist trainer and not a regular sweat belt that’s thin when using this style of hoop though).Links fit together well and went together fairly easily as well.Cons-Shirt did ride up while using the hoop but didn’t seem to impact the spinning that much.If you have rolls that overlap the hoop track in any way this isn’t the type of hoop for you as the roller will catch on them and stop it.Hoop track does have a slight squeak to it occasionally as the roller goes around it but not overly noticeable or loud, almost like a mouse squeak.Overall first impression of the hoop is good, I believe the first person that left a review was most likely user error as I didn’t have any of those problems with mine. I’ve been hooping for a bit now and have gone through 3 other brands that all lasted about a week-2 weeks tops (Swiss activa s2 xxl, went through 3 of them within 3 weeks due to wheels developing a flat spot. Walmart popsugar brand was so loud and rattling sounding it felt like it would fly apart. The other one is a Joy Jump branded hoop that has lasted but the wheels are no longer good after 3 weeks of every day usage) so really hoping this one can stand up to the test. If you’re looking to lose weight I highly recommend a weighted smart hoop. In a months time of using one I’ve lost 7 pounds, will definitely keep using them even if I have to buy a new one every few weeks-months until I find one that can withstand how much I use them.I

I got this because of it being silent and the counter. Unfortunately the counter doesn’t work at all. You do hear it, it isn’t as quiet as I hoped for

The counter which I used quit week in - however I’ve been burning more calories than walking but it doesn’t feel like it. Also it’s not a traditional style hula hoop so it took a second to use - watch the video that the woman posted above. But it’s my longest day yet so I really miss that calorie counter - if they can fix that would be great.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve always wanted to try the fit hoop and I’m glad i did! It’s easy to put together and i can feel it working my muscles. I’ve only been using it for about a week now and I’m already starting to notice a difference! I highly recommend for those looking for a simple at home exercise tool.

I love this fitness hula, easy and fun to use while burning calories. Added to my daily routine for added benefit.

Does not fit properly. All the links do not fit together. Do not recommend.

This is a great cardio work out. The motion takes a bit to get used to, but once you get going it’s great. Good workout and love the counter. After I got the hang of it on both feet it was super easy to get started again.
