My go to rice!
I love this grain reminds me of risotto yet has more benefits. I love cooking it in the instapot! And my gut loves it too!

Only place I Could Find.
I looked for Ferro in my local store with no luck. Turned to Amazon to get it. I like this grain and was happy to find it in organic. I have ordered more already to keep on hand.

Great Ancient Grain
Farro is so healthy and much better for you than rice. It gives a nutty flavor and great to9 add to salads for extra texture. It is sometimes hard to find in regular supermarkets so worth spending the extra money.

The bag had a tear in it. Product was everywhere. I cannot return it. No option for refund. This was a waste of money.
