Don't like this faucet at all
I changed my mind about this faucet. First, I received a faucet that didn't have all the parts. I exchanged that and got another, but my installer took more than 30 days to install it, so no ability to return it this time. It's very good looking, but that's all. Anemic amount of water comes through, with no aerator. I called the company to complain that the splashing and no aerator are big problems for me. They sent me a replacement spray head made of plastic (not brass) and doesn't even fit. This a very good-looking faucet from Grohe. I bought it because I had a Grohe kitchen faucet that lasted over 20 years. My only problem is that the hose is too short for me to be able to fill my coffeemaker with the sink faucet.

Super hip and cool looking! Love
This is my third time using this fixture & we all love it. It’s shorter than most kitchen faucets these days but that’s part of its cool factor. I wanted it because of my clients 8’ ceiling in the space and it’s an island sink/faucet and I didn’t want it taking over visually. My client thought she wanted something different and ordered a basic but nice enough faucet herself. When everything was going in she conceded that she should have gone with my suggestion in the first place. We ordered the Grohe and everyone loves it. It’s super cool 😎, don’t hesitate on this one.

Hate the Tiny water output- looks great
Didn't know I was getting 1/2 the amt of water compared to old faucet. Plumber tried to adjust- said there was no way to get more water. Looks good but agrivating waiting to fill glasses, pots etc. Would not recommend.

After 10 months of use, faucet started randomly switching between spray and stream modes.
After 10 months of use, the faucet started randomly switching between spray and stream modes. This is extremely annoying as a sudden switch to spray mode causes lots of splashing around the sink area. I contacted Grohe and they responded very quickly and shipped and new unit. Hoping that the new unit does not break again.UPDATE: The second unit that Grohe that shipped me in October 2023 broke again. For sure this product’s design is flawed. Many other people report the same issue with this faucet. I expected more from an expensive German product. For sure won’t be installing any Grohe products in the future.

Best Ever
I have owned a lot of homes being in the real estate business for over thirty years. This is by far the nicest looking and best functioning faucet I have purchased to date. I have a single sink depth of nine inches LG Hi-Macks counter with integrated sink. There is zero splashback the reviews are correct in that the faucet does not have an aerator but that is what I like. The water streams like a waterfall, it is very cool and if you need a broader spray use the sprayer.

Nice faucet, well made, but…
This is a very nice quality faucet. It’s well-made and very heavy. What I don’t understand is why the hot and cold water is reversed. This faucet is marked cold and hot, not hot and cold. A photo of the faucet is attached where you can see that it’s blue and red referring to cold and hot. This takes a bit of getting used to. I don’t get it. I wish they would’ve noted this in the description.

Installation nightmare
I gave one star rating, as that was required. But we were very unhappy with this product. This product installation had only picture instructions, no written ones. We had two plumbers attempt, unsuccessfully, to install this product. The Grohe helpline for installers had two of us waiting on our phones for over 40 minutes without a live person ever picking up the line. The battery box electrical lines were not long enough to attach as shown in the photo and could not be installed as intended (and it would not work, unless installed as shown in the pictures). All the hoses, and there were way too many, were leaking b/c they had to be twisted in order to attach as the directions showed. Overall, the process was time consuming, frustrating and unsuccessful.

It keeps going to spray by it self!
I’m not sure what’s up with this faucet but it keeps going to spray by itself while I’m using it on regular mode. It’s pretty annoying. Does anyone know why?
