Easy to use, I never did it before but very straight forward- each template can be used 3times roughly before plastic backing goesThe only down size is: the templates are small, so look a bit dinky on bigger children (7+) but worked well for my smaller 3yrs daughter

These are great for kids - bought for my 11 year old
