I recommend these over the regular gummy melatonin that do not have the time-release additive. My daughters both suffer with sleep issues and I noticed a HUGE difference in how they are not only able to fall asleep more quickly, but they both stay asleep 95% more through the night with these, then they were with the ones that didn't have the time-release ability. The taste is pleasant, they say and I've tried them too. The flavor starts off sweet, but then (in my opinion) leaves a bit of a medicinal taste, like a weak cough syrup. I recommend, giving this before brushing teeth for the night, because there is definitely a stickiness factor that will sit on the grooves of the teeth all night, if you don't. This is a subscribe/save item for our house - so unless I run out and have to purchase something elsewhere - it is our go to product.

These do work, but normally, physicians recommend a lower dosage in the 3mg-6mg area. Taste is good.

These gummies are in a sealed and secure packaging and the gummy is dry and not sticky and easy to chew. I suffer from insomnia and these help me fall asleep. No after taste or grogginess next day. They have a nice flavor.

Unfortunately this product didn't work for me. I would fall asleep but did not stay asleep. Don't feel the time released part worked sorry.
