Nature's Bounty Optimal Solutions Citrus-Flavored Gummies, 80 Ct

Well I started using these exactly a month ago. The dose is two gummies daily so I take them every 12 hours to space out the biotin. I went to my lash extension artist today and she said she could see new healthy real lash growth! They taste really well and don't stick together in the container like most gummies. So I will continue to order these. I will update this review if it stops the gray hair from growing on my head also.

This is my second bottle and it's been a great addition to my supplements . My skin and nails loves this , I haven't been paying attention to the changes in my hair but will do so going forward.I took the pink part of the cap off which was pretty easy to do.

I take these supplements every day. I do believe that they help my skin and hair growth. They are small and nice to chew a few at one time. The taste is very faint and the texture is dry but soft.

Very easy to swallow and makes you feel good after. It also has a pleasant taste , however I prefer the one with multiple flavors.

I'm in love with these gummies, they helped me a lot with my hair loss.

First thing I noticed was some ingredients were bio-engineered. I thank the label for being transparent about it but feels diff when you actually see it on the label. I stopped taking them. I tried their other one without the collagen and my nails grew beautifully. I don’t remember seeing if it was GMO product. If it’s not I may go back to just the Biotin. But I do trust this label somewhat and have brought other health products from them before.
