The spiral binding is a bit weak, I've had it for just 2 labs and they're already wonky. The copy pages are white with 'duplicate' watermark, which is not as intrusive as you'd think by the image. It copies onto the copy page very well, however, the original and copy page are not attached, so you need to be aware of that when you're writing. I wish it was just a full page of grid without spaces for the info I don't need, but honestly, I'm just being nitpicky. While the back cover folds into the protective sheet you write on top of, it's not perfect. There are measurement and conversion units on it, as well as a grid mark-up area that is erasable a la vis-a-vis markers.Despite all the poohs in this review, I would likely purchase it again. I will update as the term and two consecutive terms of chemistry progress.Update: It survived nicely within three (3) consecutive terms of chemistry!

I was really excited about getting this notebook for my labs, to help me have more organized lap notes for completing reports. It arrived on time. Unfortunately, it also arrived pretty beat up. It just came in one of those padded envelopes, so it was exposed to whatever it hit. In the pictures, you can see that many duplicate pages ended up with scuff marks on them. The dividing page got wrinkled. The top of the book shows pages that got snagged. Aside from those things, I am using it for my class. It's working.

This carbonless Lab Notebook exceeded my son's expectations. The clear covers and most used equations and formulas were a hit. He even had Chemistry classmates ask where we bought it. This is a wonderful product!

These books are great for taking notes. The duplicate page allows the notes to be shared. My only problem is one page per project is not enough. It should be at least two pages, or more. Perhaps have less project pages and more pages per project.

First time using a lab notbook like this. And I probably will stick with this one.

Gift for my daughter a teacher

My daughter's school required three scientific grid lab notebooks. I think they were $15 at the school's bookstore. Ouch. These were minimally different and were accepted by the teacher. I was careful to get the scientific grid, so I think the difference was primarily the binding. I think the spiral binding will be better, anyway. It will lie flat more easily.

Bought this for a college chem class. Another student had purchased this also. Great product and price
