Best wood filler I have used
As a wood worker I have always had trouble with finding a wood filler that stained decently well and water actually viscous enough to use with a putty knife.- Came in a strong container with good re-sealable lid.- Not flaky or dry, has stayed a good playdough consistency with no issues pressing into nail holes or gaps in the wood.I have never had a wood filler that truly stained well, but this has been closer than the rest, I think it works well for staining and great for painting.I have tried all other wood filler brands and types, this is the easiest and best IMO and I recommend this to anyone looking for a good filler.

Hard to get excited over wood filler, right? Everything was as described, product worked fine and shipper was prompt. No complaints! :)

Left oil marks stain and poly would not cover
Put it on brand new white oak staircase. after I stained it you could see it left an grease mark and the stain would not absorb in that area

There are better products out there
Dries too fast and isnt as water proof and strong as one would hope. Its ok but there are a lot of better products out there. Especially if used outdoors or on large areas

This is a Great wood filler. It spreads and fills well, dries fasts ands sands easily.

Cracks
When I first bought this filler it worked great. I used it several months later and it cracked when dried. I first gave it 5-stars but now it is less than worthless.
