I've been using this kettle for the past 2 years, and it's working fine. The heating speed is a bit slower compared to other kettles, but it's not a major issue. The build quality is decent, it did get a minor crack on the top rim, but that was partly my fault since I dropped it. Still, I didn’t expected it to crack that easily buy i don't care much as it does not affect it's working. Overall, the main function works well so I’m satisfied with it. Specially considering the price, it was worth it.

1- The product comes broken, with crumbles of black plastic pieces already on top of the glass lid, as I opened the package.2 - They are sending Pigeon Amaze kettle model, which is far more sub-standard than the Kessel model.3. - The kettle is received in aluminium built, which goes against its description of it being stainless steel.4.- The kettle is received with a BROKEN BASE, with the thermostat contact component, pushed inside the base, instead of proper protruding electrical contact.5- The quality is way poor than the price you pay.Amazon return - the worst experience. Mark these words - The competitor will steer ahead of you Amazon, as your service standards are falling to an appallingly low level. Whilst, your competitor has started open box deliveries, and standard pickup with contacts, your pickup agents' contact details are not shared; they are coming for pickup at 10PM at night; and if unanswered they are having the autonomy to mark the return cancelled from their end ! How can you let Amazon pickup executive mark a return cancelled from his own end, instead of re-trying the return pickup. Then, as a customer you will have to initiate the entire cycle to reprocess the return by speaking to customer care, who would have no background of the previous request(s). This is notoriously poor customer service from a platform like Amazon. Amazon is not the same as it was few years back, and your competitor is also not the same as what they were few years back (they are way better post their walmatr (alphabets interchanged) partnership. Thumbs down.

Quite a handy equipment. Wide mouth enables easier cleaning after cooking. Also, you can cook very simple dishes which doesn't require oil. However, you cannot do heavy cooking or prepare eloquent dishes as this is simply a kettle. Would have loved it more if it was suitable to heat up and boil milk.Good for - Water heating, Maggie, Simple dishes like daals etcNot currently good for (But other electric kettles in market have similar problem)- Boiling milk, Heating up oil for fry purpose or cooking purpose)Overall, it is VALUE FOR MONEY product. Using it for last 4 months, so it is durable as well so far.

Same model with same design are avilable by different brands in the range of 800 to 1500rs. I buyed this for 849rs. First of all sellet took 3 days to process and ship the order (not much problem for me). Amazon showed it as Pigeon Kessle but it is Peigon AMAZE Multi-Cooker Kettle. Even in the some picture in amazon it is shown that handle is fixed to bottom and in some images and a video it is shown that it is not fixed to bottom. On box the image shows that handle is connected to bottom but in product it is not.Anyways, The handle is connected to body with spot welding hope it lasts long. The overall build quality is good. It has a top glass cover with hole for vapour outlet. It also comes with a plastic bowl for egg boiling, a metal base to raise up the bowl while boiling.The heating coil is not that good. If you want to make tea, boil milk and water then its completely fine no problem. But if you want to make noodles or fry something (like i do in small quantities in hostel) you have to stir (mix) it always other wise it will stick in heating area and other will remain uncooked. Its 600 Watts of power.I genuinely buyed for boiling milk, water, making soups and noodles. So its good for me at the price point. The overall packeging was great with a quite large box and some paper to absorb shock. I will use it and edit the review if something bad happens.Reason for 3 stars?1. The handle is not mentioned by brand clearly.2. Even the exact model is not mentioned clearly.3. Heating coil can be better.

It's excellent.

It's been several months this kettle is working amazing as I was using it only for boiling and heating purpose! The three temperature settings is amazing.Avoid it using for frying purposes constantly.Durable, value from moneyLid quality was not good as it broke down into peaces after 2 months of use
