Fantastic product best probiotic I found for perimenopausal. WOMEN has adapted in mushrooms in and black Cohish with other helpful herbs for peri menopause.

These seem to be good probiotics, from a good supplement brand, even though my sensitive GI tract stills has ups and downs. No harmful added ingredients. Pullalan is natural substance made by a fungi that’s used to make capsules or as a benign supplement additive.Soil-based organisms (SBOs) are bacteria that live in soil, and our intestines. There’s lots of research on SBOs, but still lots of questions about potential benefits. They may improve your digestive tract health.The added superfoods (mushrooms and schisandra berry) are supposed to support digestion. Mushrooms are amazingly good for you. Not looking for them in my probiotic, but okay. Schisandra is an adaptogen, which means is helps regulate body systems. Some say it can benefit adrenal fatigue, inflammation, anxiety, depression, liver and sleep The dose here is concealed by being combined with the mushrooms, so it’s unclear if you will get a therapeutic dose.I’m not a fan of adding a bunch of different herbs and ingredients to supplements. It increases the risk of you reacting to one ingredient. If I get probiotics, I want probiotics, potentially with prebiotics to feed them. Still, mushrooms and schisandra are likely benign. I did not experience any side effects from this product.My GI tract has been grumpy lately, but improved slightly while taking these capsules, which does NOT mean the SBOs helped me. GI systems are notorious for going in and out of balance from eating something our gut bugs don’t like, to missing fiber for a few days, to herbicide exposure.Perhaps it’s not useful to say a probiotic (or a prebiotic) made you gassy, unless you’ve taken it for weeks and are still gassy. If your microbiome is compromised, and especially if you eat the standard American diet, or a low fiber diet, change may involve some gas while your system gets into balance. Also gas itself it probably one of the most common symptoms experienced, so it may be something you ate and not a supplement. I did not experience an increase in gas from this product.

It's a blend and they don't disclose how much of the Reishi Mushroom or Black Cohosh Root are in this product.I've taken Black Cohosh Root before and it has helped some with the hot flashes, but the Reishi Mushroom I've heard does more than the Black Cohosh, so I was expecting this to make a real difference. I'm not disappointed.In my case, 2 per day has reduced the number of hot flashes per day significantly. I've noticed some other positive changes in my mood (hubby appreciates that) that I didn't get with Black Cohosh Root alone.The only negative I found is the price. For a 30 day supply this product is $49.46 (at the time of this review). Results may vary with each individual and I can only speak to what helps me, but it's worth it for me.

Absolutely horrible probiotics. I took just one dose and it completely threw me off with significant irritation for several days like I’ve never experienced. The symptoms went away after few days off the probiotics with eating lots of sauerkraut and Greek yogurt. I tried to return them as they were quite expensive and did the opposite of what they claimed, but was notified that this item is not eligible for return.
