Utterly disappointed with Boult, both in terms of product quality and customer support. The speaker claims to be 40 watts, but the sound quality is nowhere close. To make matters worse, I had to replace the product **twice**, and both times the replacements arrived damaged—an unacceptable experience.Boult’s customer service is nonexistent. There’s no direct line for grievances, and emails or WhatsApp complaints are ignored entirely. If a brand refuses to acknowledge customer issues, how can they expect loyalty?Thankfully, Amazon's service remains impeccable. Delivery was quick, and their return/refund process saved me from a frustrating ordeal. If you're considering a Boult product, think twice —but you can always trust Amazon to take care of its customers.

This is a scam ! the huge discount is simply because this batch is faulty. please look at other recent reviews. amazon does not give returns but refers you to the manufacturer, without giving contact details. the number and email of the manufacturer do not respond. what is shocking is that with the number of complaints recently, Amazon still continues to promote this product without taking any responsibility. No doubt the product is basically a good one, but equally without doubt this batch with the mega discount is simply faulty and will have to be put in the dustbin. So beware ! ......... TWO WEEKS LATER : Recently, some 2 weeks after being told that Amazon could not take a return, they have finally agreed to take it back. That is to their credit. Whoever initiated the 'new policy' - in India !- of not accepting returns for internal faults, without properly informing customers, should realise that online purchases depend on trust. we used to have faith in Amazon and used it a lot : we hope to regain that trust.

Best in budget, best in sound and also compact , It looks very classic, Sound is very loud and immersive and it feels very classic, sound travel is good , Battery standby time is around 10 hr. It is easy to connect to any device very easily with BT 5.3 in this budget range ,definitely offers a value for money deal .

Bluetooth - OKAux - OkMIC Input - HorribleIf you are looking for a speaker mainly to connect your Guitar and play solo, then i don't recommend this product. It will be a total waste.But other than that, it's okay for normal uses.

Two Feedbacks :1. There is a voice coming from inside like something is broken or not fixed.2. Voice quality is just below average . I took this to use in office but literally there is no bass just full of trebble which makes it unpleasant to hear. I use echo show 5 as well it might not be loud but compared to this the sound quality is much better.If you have confidence in your product you should add return policy as well. That is missing because once the customer have purchased it he/she is strucked with the product.
