I’ve only been taking these for about 3-4 wks and I just wanted to say I have seen an immense improvement in my skin! I’ve always had clear great skin until I hit 40 and started to have clogged pores and hormonal breakouts. Nothing I did was working. I’d get breakouts right before my cycle started like clockwork. I like this brand a lot but unfortunately I haven’t seen any differences in my hair regrowth. I understand that every person is very particular in their condition. Hope it can work for other people. 🙏
