I’ve owned a few projectors over the years, including a big-name brand that cost several times more than this one, and the picture quality on this projector is just as good — sharp, bright, and vibrant even in outdoor settings. Whether I'm watching movies or gaming, the image looks fantastic.One feature that really impressed me is the auto-focus. At this price point, I wasn’t expecting much, and I was pretty skeptical that it would work well. But I was wrong — it locks into focus quickly and accurately every time. It makes setup so easy, even if I move the projector around or change the screen distance.Another huge plus is the built-in speaker. Most projectors I’ve used in the past have terrible sound and basically require an external speaker to be usable. But this one actually sounds pretty good right out of the box. It’s clear, has decent volume, and is more than enough for casual viewing or gaming.Gaming, this projector is a game-changer (pun intended). I’ve got my PC hooked up to it, and playing on a huge screen feels like being in a movie theater. The response time feels great, and I haven’t noticed any lag issues.Overall, this projector is easy to set up, easy to use, and delivers performance that rivals much more expensive models. Whether you want something for movies, gaming, or outdoor use, this is a fantastic choice. I couldn’t recommend it more — easily one of the best tech purchases I’ve made in a long time! I don't know how you could be disappointed at this price point. Crazy how far they have come in technology.

The media could not be loaded. Upgraded my outdoor movie night projector with this projector. This projector exceeded my expectations. From initially starting the projector, it just worked right out the box. There were no settings I needed to change. The auto focus was amazing and accurate. The image quality is clear, bright and has vibrant color quality. The built-in apps on the projector are great as well. After signing into the app it worked the same as on my other devices. The build in speakers are enough for casual movie watching. The auto Keystone Correction feature is just amazing. With my previous projector I had to manually adjust the keystone settings to get the image straight. With this projector the auto Keystone Correction feature is wonderful, it truly is auto. I can set the projector offset from in front of the screen and it will AutoCorrect and make the image vertically and horizontally straight. I also like the fact that I do not have to place the projector 15 feet from the screen to get the image large, with this projector I can set the projector 6 feet from the screen and get just as large an image projected. Awesome projector, it did not disappoint.

The media could not be loaded. Okay so I spent forever researching projectors under $400 and finally went with this Goiaey one. Holy crap, I'm so glad I did. This thing crushes it.The brightness on this is insane for the price. I read some review here saying the GooDee Smart Video Projector was brighter, so I bought both to compare them. That person was totally wrong - the Goiaey is way brighter than the GooDee. Plus, the GooDee had cheaper and is a lot smaller compared to this one, it just didn't have as much oomph to it.Check out my attached video/hptos. I tested this in a dark room vs. a room with 4 big light bulbs on. Even with all the lights, you can still see the projection. To put it in perspective, the brightness in a dark room is about the same as my 2023 MacBook M3 Pro at 50% brightness.Basically, this projector stands out for:• Brightness that actually works in normal lighting conditions• Solid build quality that doesn't feel like a toy• Auto-focus that legitimately works in 3 seconds• Built-in Netflix/YouTube/etc so no cable messWe went from squinting at a 55" TV across the room to watching everything on a massive 120" screen. The picture is sharp and clear, and it was easy to adjust the colors to my slightly off white wall.It's also really easy to cast from my Samsung phone. The WiFi 6 support meant movies go by without any buffering or lag. The built in speaker is impressive but the bluetooth to my soundbar works perfectly as well and automatically connects.I don't hear the fan unless it's right next to my ear on a table or something, but when I have it on the floor and projecting on the wall (about 2 feet distance) I don't hear the fan at all.
