Pouring Of Anchovies from Cetara 250 Ml "Giulia"

Product arrived as advertised and undamaged, came with a recipe attached that I used for tea tonight which was incredibly tasty. The sauce itself smells and tastes just how I experienced eating it at a restaurant in Maiori, not far from Cetara two weeks ago. Highly recommend.

The bottle was not as shown on the picture when ordering. This picture gets swapped for an ordinary bottle after you have placed your order. I was very disappointed it was not like the 100ml bottle, as it was shown at point of order. BUT the product is superb.

Good refined sauce, only need a few drops for a strong flavor. If you're a fan of garum, this is a must-have for your cuisine.

This is fantastic on vegetables. Takes the sharpness out if stewed spinach.

Aggiornamento della famosa salsa con cui i romani condivano praticamente tutto (il garum) . Indicatissimo con le trenette ( da non salare) per 200 grammi di pasta : un cucchiaio da cucina abbondante, idem di olio , poco pan grattato come addensante necessario e una spolverata di prezzemolo. Un piatto sano e appetitoso. Ideale anche con patate bollite a pasta gialla (possibilmente piccole) : un cucchiaino da caffè a patata.INTEGRAZIONE ricetta: un cucchiaio da minestra di colatura scarso per etto di pasta, uno scalogno tritato (oltre al suddetto pan grattato , ovviamente scaldato nell'olio)

Ho aspettato di provarla con vari piatti prima di recensirla.L’ odore è sgradevole ma nei piatti a base di pesce da il suo contributo.Attenzione perchè è molto salata
