Heavy Duty Product
Great product and I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for! This will last for a long time and won’t break like all the plastic products you see for a lot cheaper price. Worked great and very easy to clean and switch to the different blades!

habe mir vor 1 oder 2 jahren nen alligator gekauft und brauche nun ersatzmesser da der plastickrand mit der zeit brichtleider gibt es die messer nicht einzelt

A really clever little device.
Love this gadget. I could never chop onions for smoked salmon small enough. Now I can! They make very good carrot juliennes. All in all the limitations are endless! With onions it is easier to slice them thickly with a mandolin cutter for perfect results.
