I was expecting the color to be a little brighter, but over all a pretty building.

Murphy's Irish Pub is a wonderful addition to our Christmas Village. We have incorporated several brands and it fits in beautifully. The finish work is very nice and the light works. It arrived quickly and the only complaint is the packaging. It is in a Styrofoam protective shell with only a cardboard sleeve instead of a box. It did arrive undamaged; the only concern might be storage. On the expensive side but the quality is better than some brands. No Regrets.

Beautiful addition to my new Christmas village. I wanted to invest in some Christmas décor that wasn't going to become dated or take up a lot of space and end up in the trash a few years down the road. The attention to detail on this Irish pub is wonderful, I would totally go inside for a hot chocolate on a cold night if I saw this building in real life. The package arrived with no damage and included all components. Can't wait to display this piece!

Every year my family and I choose a house/business for our Christmas Village; we usually decide upon ones from the brand Lemax, but this year the Department 56 Irish Pub caught my attention. Not having experience with this brand previously, I wasn't sure what to expect. While the exterior packaging is inferior (a thick paper sleeve depicting the pub), the interior keeps the pub safe in a well-constructed styrofoam container. The pub itself has fine details and quality lettering, even more so than similar village items from Lemax. I can imagine this pub will hold up for years to come.

I use this pub year round because it's so interesting to look at all of the details. It's a great light to turn on before I go out in the evening. I love seeing the faint light in the pub when I come home in the dark.

This was one of the first pieces I added to my village, and I couldn't be happier. I love the recessed, angled entry (like many pubs on a city corner), rooftop terrace, and arched dormers. The building is of a good scale and detailed well (you can run your fingers across each brick), and can be used in many different era villages.

This was a Christmas present. The person it was for loved it!

Bought a few pieces to start a christmas village this year for the kids. Nice quality. Just wish wasn't so expensive.
