We not work with peanuts or nuts in general.   We do manufacturer MCT Coconut Oil in our facility though.  You may want to ask your healthcare profession if coconuts are an issue.

Question 4

16 servings per container... so if it says use 2 x a day (the bottle says 3 x ) then it lasts 8 days? Am I missing something?

Children that are between 6-12 years old and 48-95 lbs can take 1 ounce servings (30 ml or 2 Tablespoons) 3x per day.   At that rate the 16 ounce bottle would last just over 5 days.   This product is designed to be a quick boost to the immune system.   It is not suggested to take over a long period of time.  Hopefully that helps.  Let us know if you have any additional questions.
