Ipac Inox 16 cm Soup Strainer

Satisfactory build quality but not the best I've owned in that regard. It has a rounded bottom and won't stand upright unsupported (I knew this before I bought, but I point it out in case you want it to stand on its own). The holes are too small to strain anything efficiently or easily unless the liquid is as thin as water. There's a solid area very near the bottom where the circles of holes are omitted, and it's here that liquid stubbornly remains when you try to strain, forcing you to tilt the strainer up and down and around a lot to try and get the liquid over some holes. Maybe I'm missing the reason for the design, but an ordinary strainer works better than this and I regret my purchase. Unfortunately this is what can happen to me if I buy without there being any Amazon reviews at the time.
