As I understand, I need more protein at my age (60's) to preserve muscle. The advice says I should get at least 90 grams of protein for my age and weight. I do eat high protein foods like yogurt, fish, and skinless chicken breast, but even with that I always come up short. I am also trying to lose some weight, so it is difficult to get enough protein while still maintaining a calorie deficit. I also take a medication that does not allow me to have any whey or soy isolates which most high protein drinks and bars contain. I tried RxBar which has only natural ingredients, but it tastes like I am biting into and eating dried fruit or taffy - not pleasant.I am so happy that I found Fairlife core power! It doesn't have the isolates that I am not supposed to have, and it tastes great! The vanilla tastes like slightly sweet milk - like a vanilla shake and would probably be good on unsweetened cereal or as a coffee additive. The chocolate tastes just like chocolate milk. So now I can get another 26 grams of protein in only 170 calories. It's a little hard to find, so I am glad that Amazon carries it.

I bought one of these from the cooler section at the front of the store by the check stands and I was pleasantly. I expected it to be just OK and adequate but it turned out to be my go-to liquid meal replacement. Not only does it do a decent job of taking the edge off of hunger in the morning but it also helped with my acid reflux. Worth noting they taste incredibly rich and it’s pure bliss. It’s not too sweet but not bland.I’ve had these types of drinks before and in my experience, they tend to taste artificial and slightly bitter. These drinks are great! I am now so much of a colossal fan that I wanted a 12 pack case so I don’t have to spend 4 dollars and some tax on a single bottle at the market.Definitely would recommend for people on the go as a meal replacement. Must be a fan of chocolate!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These save my life on a daily basis. I drink them everyday so it made sense to buy a case. Good flavor and good protein. I enjoy these myself but order them mostly for an elderly parent who doesn't get a lot of protein. They aren't sold as a meal replacement but they are filling and seem to be healthy in moderation. The flavors aren't too artificial like so many other protein shakes. The price may seem like it's a bit high, but the price on Amazon for the 12 pack is the lowest I've found.

these are fabulous tasting drinks. Just like chocolate milk. no aftertaste. I am sharing it with all my friends. They are on my subscribe and save. The protein is high and calories low. Perfect if you are on Keto. I have a hard time getting protein into my 10 year old. I will see how he likes it. He is on vacation and will revisit when he returns.only 5 grams of sugar. great for diabetics if you dont like to eat 3 meals a day.
