I use this to get in and out of bath.It is sturdy and has lasted a year or more.Gives me security and help I need.Only fault I found was needed to put bit wood on it as my bath not thick enough to connect it to bath.Otherwise good value for money and useful as would not be able to reach a wall handle position bath in .Been a great use to me so I can have bath .could have 2 for each hand if fixed in securely onto bath.

It’s a solid piece of kit and easy to instal. Feels very safe. Expensive for what it is but I guess worthwhile if it saves a nasty slip in the bath.

Sadly mine arrived damaged as the packaging was rather poor. There was also paint chipped off where the screw fits to the base. However, it did fit well on our bath and was nice and sturdy - we have a solid bath panel. I liked the fact that the handle was across the bath side rather than parallel as I got it to aid mother-in-law getting off her electric bath seat. Unfortunately it didn't fit safely on her bath which has only a flimsy plastic bath panel. Sent back for a refund due to the damage and will need to fit a solid bath panel before we get another one. 4 stars due to the poor packaging and paint chipped off.

OMG! This product has changed my life! I was diagnosed 3 years ago with an illness that causes vertigo and a balance disorder and for 3 years I have had to have friends help support me to get in and out of the bath meaning some days having to wait until the evening until someone can come and help me. ( although I've always been grateful) Today for the 1st time I got in and out out of the bath on my own and had the privacy of a private bath all by my self. I am so happy to get my independence back. The product is very very sturdy and secure and I felt 100% safe.

The rail is very robust, fits easily and securely. Bought this for my elderly mother-in-law. Fitted this to a bath,. I tested this fitting by leaning on it heavily, it wasn't going anywhere. Really first rate product, it gave me peace of mind it was going to do the job.Since fitting has proved to ge a god send.

arrived quickly, easy to install just screwed it hand tight and its rigid. Used it straight away and it was a big help getting out of the bath.

This was used for my dad who’s suffering major health problems and had issues with getting in and out of the bath. This has enabled him to use the bath with more ease. It easily clamps onto the side on the bath with no fuss and is very strong and stable, it doesn’t wobble at all. It can be easily removed when cleaning the bath and literally takes 30 seconds to put back on. Extremely pleased with this item.

Ok, I’m an 80 year old woman with no DIY skills, and I managed to get it on my bath, securely. I do hold onto it when I get into the bath and shower, but it seems to be in the wrong place, and I can’t think where else it could be.. plus… it’s really ugly! I got it because I didn’t want to drill holes in the wall.. and for that it works..
