Unlocking Poses and Patience One Block at a TimeYoga and I have a complicated relationship. I love the idea of flowing gracefully through poses, finding inner peace, and achieving pretzel-like flexibility. Not really coordinated enough for yoga 😜but I did need a solid block for pushups variations. This block is solid and substantial and worked perfectly for that purpose.

I am 30 weeks pregnant and my chiropractor just taught me a stretch to use daily to help encourage my baby to get into the head down position. These foam blocks have been a super nice way to add height and a little extra cushion as well to get a deep stretch.

I was disappointed it arrived with a gash in one of the blocks. It doesn’t affect the use, just a cosmetic but disappointing

I love these!! I have all black yoga stuff and these are perfect for all the yoga classes I’ve taken. They feel like they’ll last a good while too.
