For years I have had a sore knee that flares up every now and again. I'm a dance teacher. I was having a flare up and it usually takes weeks for it to get better. Within 2 days I noticed a difference and within a week it was no longer painful. Don't get me wrong my knee isn't totally healed, just not as painful. I haven't been able to get my heel to touch my bum when stretching for a while because of the injury, but within a week of taking these tablets I could. It had increased the flexibility in my knee.After taking it for two weeks my knees were less creaky, however I was very bloated! So I stopped taking them for a couple of weeks to see if they had caused it. I've started taking 1 a day now instead of 2 and haven't felt bloated so I'll see if it still has benefits for my joints.I think these tablets are worth buying even though they are expensive!!

This is the 2nd bottle of these collagen capsules that I have purchased. They are quite big but are easy to swallow. I have noticed benefits in my hair and skin. I will continue to buy more.

The most important thing for me is no animal ingredients , hence I don't usually take supplements. I thought I would give these a try to see if I could improve my aging skin and hair ( I am in my 70s) and seeing also the other ingredients too , decided to give theses capsules a try. I am just about to finish my second bottle and have bought another two. I have definitely seen and felt benefits. I don't expect miracles at my age , but on the other hand small improvements become noticeable. My left eye-lid was slightly hooded and now it seems to have straightened itself out , and my hair is more manageable. These tablets are the only change I have made , so I am confident enough to say they are helping. I wish it was possible to buy refills in a cardboard box or paper container. Maybe the company could consider this option, especially for customers buying multi-purchases.

my skin feeling really nice using this along side a gorgeous facial mask with hydraulic acid. moisture with a well know moisture night mask . My hair has loads of new growth i’m using the head massager too as well as these, my nail well , i’ve never really had nails before but they are strong and have a nice growth. so far so go so will continue with the rest of the bottle Yes there ain’t collagen in them as they’re vegan but they have right ingredients to help your body produce it’s own maybe . would recommend

I’ve just got through my first bottle. I have very thick hair already but I over plucked both my eyebrows and really stupidly first grey hairs - leaving one eyebrow having a small bald patch where the hair never grew back, and an uneven hairline due to stupidly plucking grey hairs. Within weeks, I noticed my eyebrows bald patch was no more!! For the first time in 20 years. My hairline has also grown back/ evened up so when I wear a ponytail it looks so much better as was more patchy and higher up than the other side. The only thing I have changed or I can possibly put it down to is these.Ignore comments about a slight after taste. Who really cares? I never get this as any kind of issue, I bung all 3 at once in my mouth swallow with water, they’ve gone. Why obsesses over a slight aftertaste, just brush your teeth! Have a mint!

I have only been taking these for a week or so so I don't know how they are working; they are easy to swallow, but the TASTE. Really quite gross. Not so bad that I can't continue taking them, and I am going to continue, but the aftertaste is genuinely quite gross.

Enough for three months and my skin and nails have an obvious improvement, I'm in my 50s and due to the menopause fairy I was dreading looking my age, but these capsules have given me back my youthful glow of my 30s/40s without the surgeon's knife and not looking like a blow up doll (Love Island/Towie) When I'm in my 60s I might consider a little work, but like most things in life, a magic wand only works in Harry Potter and to have good skin you need to keep hydrated (water, not gin or wine) eat well.
