I purchased the Terrasoul Superfoods Organic Hulled Sunflower Seeds for their health benefits.Some of the benefits that sunflowers are supposed to have:• A good source of zinc• Have anti-cancer properties• Are good for your thyroid• High in protein• Reduces inflammationI put sunflower seeds in my fruit smoothie every morning! They taste good and are good for you.These ones are non-GMO verified and organic, which I like. The seeds come in a resealable bag and I store them in the refrigerator.I would buy these again.

Tasty sunflower seeds, good value for money. I love adding to salads for additional crunch as well as the nutritional value and health benefits.

This review is for Terrasoul Superfoods “Sunflower Seeds, Raw & Shelled” organic 2 lbs. I was satisfied with this product and would order it again. The package indicates that these sunflower seeds country of origin was “Romania or Netherlands.” They seemed to have a more buttery and lighter taste than the Yupik Organic Shelled Sunflower Seeds, which had a bit more Earthy and slightly darker flavor to them. (Both are good I think.) I decided to try this brand because it seemed that Terrasoul Superfoods looked like a legitimate and decent company. After trying this product I’m content with both it and Terrasoul Superfoods. So I’d be willing to try other products of theirs based on this experience.

Good. High quality as always. Terrasoul is a great brand. Their dried fruits and nuts, pretty much if not always tastes better than any other brand. They know how to treat food and preserve the flavor of the foods. Keep growing Terrasoul!

These are excellent quality sunflower seeds, at a decent price. I needed unsalted seeds and would have preferred roasted unsalted seeds, but tried these because of the price. They are decent-tasting and fresh. i toast them a bit in the toaster oven to bring out flavor. Will buy again.

A large quantity bag that is not inexpensive but the quality is there. I kept purchasing the small bags in the nut section of our local "foodie" chain and they kept going off after a short while of being opened. Not sure how old those sunflower seeds were but even the coloring of these seeds appear to be much fresher and more recently hulled. The taste of these seeds are better as well.
