Doesn't fit T7i
Works great with the Cannon EOS RP. However, this DOES NOT FIT CANNON T7i as they have two different mounts. I couldn't figure out how to sync the flash to the trigger

5 STARS FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
I purchased this flash in November of 2023 and it worked fine. I had not used it for quite some time and when I started it up, I received an error code "E9" and the flash would not start up. The manual stated that the error had something to do with Firmware. I did my due diligence to try to find the solution, when I couldn't, I filled out the customer support form on the Altura website explaining the issue. Within a day receive a response from Jacqueline C. with troubleshooting tips to try. When those did not work, I responded as such, Altura is replacing the flash. Furthermore, I responded to Jacqueline asking what could have been the cause the issue, just so I had an idea, she responded with a great explanation as to what the causes could be. I was not expecting that!

Great
The flash works perfectly. The Hospice Tree-Lighting ceremony was held in a low light area in downton Ocala, FL at the City Hall. I’m pleased with the results of the assignment. It is easily attached and simple to use.

No se enlaza
Me compre este flash con el disparador para mi canon 6d mark II en un momento que no lo necesitaba y lo deje guardado. Cual fue mi sorpresa que ayer lo necesitaba y no enlaza el disparador con el flash. Fui a la pagina de Altura y encontre un video con todas las espesificaciones del flash y otro video con todas las espesificaciones del disparador, valiente hombrecito que manda a los clientes al servicio tecnico cuando le preguntan por un video de como enlazar los dos artefactos. En fin que llevo casi 6 horas adivinando como hacer funcionar esta cosa. Si te vas a comprar este combo, piensalo bien, te aconsejo que compres solo el flash que si funciona con mi camara, pero no el combo, ahorrate ese dinero extra.
