I have a young golden. She gets the desire to chew on … anything she can from time to time. I use this rope to divert her. The rope has various textures and gives her different feels. It keeps her busy long enough to satisfy her chewing needs. I will say that the strands are pretty easy for her to remove, so I don’t let her just go off on her own with this. You need to be there to supervise super chewers like my dog. Other than that, I do find that the strands get yanked after about a month of occasional use. It still works though.

I have a 5 month old Labrador who absolutely loves this rope. She been playing with it exclusively for the past couple of weeks. It has held up really well. Slight fraying but still very much intact. I would buy another one in a second.
