A must have!
This concentrate is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. It's extremely convenient and perfect for people that are cooking for two or less. It is not salty, and the flavor is very good. I've used in many sauces, and it adds the richness and flavor of my homemade stock. Great to have on hand when you only need a little broth for a dish. It's become a staple in our pantry.

This is now a staple in my kitchen
I'm so glad I found this concentrate. I use it all the time. It isn't salty like other broths and bouillon cubes. Adds a great flavor to dishes. A+

Can make a decent quick pho soup with it.
This is great stuff for a quick bowl of pho, though they have pho now which is also pretty good. To make pho-like soup, I drop in a start anise, a chopped green onion, some baby bok choy if I have it, sliced jalapeno and some Annie Chung's Pad Thai noodles - and whatever else I may have around (thai basil is great if I have it). It's close enough to pho for me - but I like simple (probably won't impress people who really know their pho). I have yet to use this in regular cooking but it makes a good broth so can't see a problem with that.I like that the packs are small and easy to take with me. I can prep some dry soup mix (dried veggies, noodles and some spices) in a mug and drop this in, cover it with cling wrap and take it to go - just add hot water and the broth and it's soup.
