I had some issues with my mic 6 months after the purchase and the customer service worked with me to resolve the issues. Five stars.

Very good starter setup and I will never forget that however the mic isn’t compatible with their own sound board thingy but the voice quality is great but others can definitely hear more than they should lol nice size isn’t too big or small and have had no connection issues and is very clear. Now one other plus is that I can walk around the my whole room with the headphones on w long cord.

My six-year-old son absolutely loved this. I brought him this for Christmas because he loves to rap. Recommend this to anybody.

Just bought this the other day. As a former radio station employee turned podcaster, I wanted new equipment but didn't want to go crazy spending too much money. I saw this and it seemed to have pretty consistently good reviews so I decided to go ahead and buy it. It came very quickly and once I opened the box it was all packed nicely inside foam cut outs and looked very nice. Set up was a breeze, I'm pretty sure even a novice would have no problems whatsoever. All I did was plug it in and everything worked very well. It does pick up background noise such as the TV, so if you have a loud home just be aware you might need to soundproof or find better noise canceling. Otherwise, so far everything feels sturdy, works well, and seems to be a good investment, especially for the price. Someday I might go fancy and buy expensive equipment. But for podcasts I think it'll do pretty well. Make sure you keep the box as everything fits in there just right. If I have any problems down the road I'll be sure to edit. For the price you really can't go wrong. I'm not sure what the deal was with other people saying they received the wrong microphone cord? Everything here is exactly as described and pretty good quality.

Bought this about a year ago, loved it until one day the headset broke... sent them a message and within 3 days they had sent an order in to replace the headset and sent it to me. Took about 3 weeks for everything to get aproved and for the new headset to be delivered. Overall good purchase. 10/10 would do it again

Decent quality, instructions were outdated as they were meant for windows eight and 10 for those who still use those operating systems. Easy enough to set up but cannot get the echo out of the headset. Tried multiple applications, even tried it on a different PC/laptop, but still a really bad echo in the headset. Very limited controls on equalizer to fix any of it. Not much in the way of directions online either. So, not using the headset. Will have to use my original headset that I had.
