Peppadew Whole Piquante Peppers Mild (400g)

Great on skewers with veggies, cheese and prosciutto.

We first had these while visiting San Diego. Looked at all the local supermarkets and there were none to be found. Happily Amazon did not let us down. Kinda expensive compared to regular smoked red peppers but once you try them you will be hooked.

I love these peppers for many things. They add a “ kick” but are not too spicy! Use them in sauces, salads, sandwiches, casserole dishes and as an hors d’oeuvres! Fill with herbed cheese like Boursin, shrimp, guacamole , etc. or just nibble as is!

I ordered this item and it was very well wrapped in bubble wrap. But the jar was opened and liquid filled the bubble wrap. it appears to have been opened before wrapping because the lid was loose. It’s not returnable and apparently not replaceable. This happened before about a year ago. I wished I knew where I could buy these off the shelf.

Great taste, color, just right spicy. A little costly

The peppers were perfect when stuffed with prosciutto and cheese. Yum.

Came in well packaged with no leakage or anything. Had to get them thanks to Panera and absolutely love the taste. I put them in just about everything!

Have been searching for the sweet-spicy pepper I first had at a large catered event. The peppedew is definitely it! Not too sweet, not too spicy/hot, just right! Since I ordered only a single jar I’ll be ordering multiples for the pantry since the “best by” date is a year out. Can’t wait to add them to salads and stuff them with special cheeses for charcuterie boards.
