Very effective against my arthitis
After trying many different herbs and painkillers, I started taking Astaxanthin in higher doses of 24-mg a day. My pain in all my joints improved after a few weeks. I went off it to test whether it was helping and my pain returned. So I am taking it again. I did not change anything else. I am also using the cream and it is very good for my skin. So glad I found this.

Seems ok, i usually look for Astareal , so thats thereUses olive oil, my other coconut oil.. 6 mg, my other is 12Which makes this more expensive for a bit less quality..Astaxanthin is a reg here...One of few anti inflammatory to cross eye barrier,Helps negate sun exposure too...Probably wont buy again bc my other is a bit better, butI'll be comfortable finishing this bottle...🐈🐈🐈🐈
