It works
Got rid of my rat problem but I received no gloves or instructions. It is very easy to set up and I used my own gloves when handling the box and rat poison.I would however recommend this product as it worked well.

Where are the instructions?
No instructions, there was a small metal bar, a key and a semi- circular price of plastic in the bait box. I worked out what the key did but not the other two items. Hole too small for rats to get in. Rather than give a number to call a COSHH data sheet would be more helpful

Good box rubbish poison
Box is fine but the poison formula B did not kill the rat and it finished 2 bags and was still alive almost 2 weeks later good old fashion snap trap got it in the end

Good product
Bought this for a problem with rats.I found the hole in the container for the rats to go in not big enough. I put the food where the rats could get it but not the birds and they happily ate it.Didn’t need the bait box.
