This panko is just as it should be.The breadcrumbs are larger, flakier and coarser in texture than standard crumbs.The pieces are the correct size and shape for coating deep-fried food before cooking, and as a crunchy topping on pasta al forno.It's also perfect for making schnitzel!Recommend Buy

New way of cooking fries
We used to cook using breadcrumbs from local shops before. It was very much cheaper than this product.But if you are preparing chicken cutlet, fish fry, egg devil, etc this product makes a qualitative difference. The price is premium but based on the quality it justifies it. The fish fries become crunchier and it tastes delicious.With classic breadcrumbs, this crunchy flavor is never possible. A must buy, if you are ok with the price.
