Delicious!
Boost is an easy choice when you needsome quick nutrition. I use it as the main course of a meal. The glucose control is great and I feel satisfied untilit is time for my next meal, no interimsnack cravings! I like the chocolate, strawberry and very vanilla flavors but I don't understand why strawberry is more expensive! Best price I have is with Walmart where all flavors cost thesame!

BEST meal replacement on the market
Background: I'm a twenty-four year old female with pretty intense dysphagia. The cause is a complication related to iron deficiency (#thanks, mother nature). Long story short, I should be fine but I'm on liquid meals for the next couple of weeks at least.I scoured the internet for meal replacement shakes. Soylent comes up first and man am I spooked. All reviews I read are somehow either really positive (someone who's living their life off of the bottles only) or super negative (stomach problems, health up the wazoo). Yikes. The fact that the brand wants to replace food as a whole makes me, a foodie who really misses food, somewhat sad. Plus I hear that it has no flavor... But more concerningly, Soylent seems to have phayates that block iron absorption. That's an immediate no.I looked at Huel and Ample next, but they seemed too expensive for me as a girl who needs a solid lunch everyday between her smoothies and soups. Premier protein looks amazing too, but there's just not enough calories in each bottle for me to warrant bulking up on a billion grams of protein at lunch. Jimmy Joy / Joylent would have been my next stop, but it's hard to take a gamble and order something that you don't even know if you'll like, and I can't find it in the stores. Then comes Boost. I try the original Vanilla and i'm in love. Smooth, creamy nutrition. The only thing I didn't care for as much was the high sugar - I'm not even diabetic but if I'm chugging back two for lunch, 30 grams at once sounds like trouble. Then I stumble upon this incredible product and the whole game is changed. Quick, convenient, somehow even tastier than the original! I knocked back two (380 calories!) today at 11:00 and wasn't even noticeably hungry again until 4:00. With the price on Amazon, you can have two bottles for 2.75, much cheaper than Soylent and others by far! The bottles came in PERFECT condition, not a single dent! Drinking this was like a dream, goes down so easily (no protein powder clumps, no gritty taste) and really gave me such a flavorful delight that I've been missing. There is a slight vitamin aftertaste but I bask in that lol, I feel like I'm drinking liquid gold! THANK YOU to Boost and Amazon for making my life much easier in this rough time! Hope this helps others, too!

Hard-to-find Flavor
I was grateful to find the strawberry flavor of the glucose-control line on Amazon. It is difficult to find in local stores and provides a much needed break from the usual vanilla and chocolate. The price is comparable to local stores and it arrived overnight.
