As per your website I expected regular brewd
What I got was Dry flat bread chips instead of regular sliced muttgrain bread. Moreover it was not tasty. As I could not return I had to junk it. You may consider refund.

I ordered a quantity of 2, expecting to be delivered a new experience for my taste buds. Wingreens may be well known for their sauces but this was a let down. I was extremely excited to try their flatbread snack option but turns out that most of these were overbaked or burnt and the taste was not at all attractive.. Became really bitter. If there were one or two pieces like that, I would agree but more than 4 pieces were charred.

Unprofessional trading.
The package I received was not only damaged but unsealed too. The contents are no longer crispy and crunchy, destined for garbage bin only. This will be the last for me to shop with Amazon.
