A good pan, with good customer support
I waited a while before reviewing. The pan arrived but on (careful) conditioning turned out to be domed at the base. The supplier responded very well and sent a new pan swiftly. This one conditioned well and after several uses has remained true and flat (used on a gas hob). The non-stick surface is very effective and the pan is a delight to use whether for frying evenly, or for the likes of poaching fish, where the gaps between the two pouring spouts and the lid facilitate simmering without boiling. The pan is thermally very efficient and gets oil smoking at medium heat on the gas.I note that some reviews criticise the durability of the non-stick surface but I wonder whether they have been treating the pan in accordance with instructions and good practice, or stressing it with immediate high heat, or not waiting until it cools off before washing under the tap?

Goid value for money. Money well spent.
First I must say that I have so many small large, wide and deep frying pans but this is my favourite classic pan. Its unique and rhe lid is totally different to all other feying pans. This deep sautéed pan cooks super tasty food. I always return to cooking in this pan, anyone would think its the only one I have. Its very well made and should last fir a long time to come with great care. Anything from. Cooking chicken to frying eggs, eggs do not stick it just glides across the pan. I love this panIf it wasn't for the fact that I have so many pots and pans i would love to buy another. Thank you for making suck a lovely pan.

One pan wonder
The media could not be loaded. Much pleased with this robust well made non stick pan with a solid feature glass lid. Very durable, versatile and easy to clean. Will cook, boil or fry most anything from fish, chicken, vegetables, sausage, bacon, eggs etc. It is nice and deep so ideal for stir frying. Comes in different sizes and two colours, I bought the 'red large size' one as I wanted to cook and stir fry whole meals and different food items in one go. It has a neat 'heat indicator' in the handle that turns white when its reached temperature. Its heavy and solid built but you get use to the weight of it. It's not the cheapest pan on the market, but worth spending that bit extra for a well made 'one pan wonder' that will last and last. ****Chef Paul 👨🍳.

Best Pan In My Kitchen
Bought this pan a year ago (Jan 2024) and have used it several times a month in the year that I've owned it. I cooked a fry-up in it just last night and it turned out so well I felt I had to write this review. This pan has performed flawlessly for 12 months. I have a modern flat electric hob and it is a perfect partner for it. Nothing sticks to this pan - ever. It heats quickly and evenly and its design with the high sides and pouring spouts and lid makes it so versatile. I've cooked steaks, stir-frys, fry-ups, fish, curries, burgers... just about everything. It's surprisingly light but performs like a much heavier pan.I haven't experienced any of the issues mentioned in the handful of negative reviews, no delamination, no coating shedding, no problems whatsoever. I have taken good care of it, washed it carefully with very sparing use of washing up liquid and no abrasives.Best pan I've ever owned. It looks great too (I got the orange one). If I could give it 6 stars I would.

Great pan. Good value
High quality pan. It has a lid but also has large gaps on either side so that with the lid on, food does not cook too quickly.Lid allows you to cook at a lower heat so that it should lengthen the life of the pan.

Superb value
I bought this pan as our previous non-stick large frying pan became an always-stick pan and I needed a quick, mid-range (in price) non-stick pan. I didn't really need much; I didn't want to go traditional non-stick coating as it always gets destroyed, I wanted something that was deep so I can do my usual saute/one-pot meals in it, and I wanted a lid. So looking at the reviews, going between ceramic/cast iron/steel/copper, I decided on this pan and to be honest, at the price I didn't really expect too much. I'm not a great cook, so often my dishes do get..... chargrilled?.... And the poor husband then gets to spend hours scrubbing pans to get them clean (think we now know why my previous pans have been ruined within weeks!). So I bought it but when it arrived, I was a bit disappointed; it seemed small and the coating was not smooth and I thought I'd yet again spent money on absolute junk.Folks, this is quite possibly the best pan I have ever used.It has a nice heft to it; much, MUCH lighter than our *insert namebrand ceramic pan maker* casserole dish, but slightly heavier than our cheaper Tefal frying pans (about the same weight as the higher end Tefals), giving it that perfect hand-feel. I have so far "chargrilled" multiple meals (perks of ADHD; you start cooking and then just.. Forget?), but every single one of them has wiped off the bottom easily and there is NO scrubbing required! You do have to be very careful you don't accidentally wipe the black bits into your actual meal, but just a gentle wipe with a plastic spatula gets it off the bottom. NOTHING sticks. How? No idea. But it just doesn't stick. The husband says it's a joy to wash; all it needs is just a quick wipe because NOTHING STICKS.The pan originally seemed overly small, but with the deep sides, it has replaced my previous 36cm pan with ease, and I can cook full 6-serving meals in it from start to finish without any issue for space. The only time I have had to turn the heat up high is when I do actually want to get a nice colour on onions/sausages, QUICKLY. Otherwise, medium heat is plenty with this pan. Now, it does take a good while to heat up so I tend to take it out to warm up before I even start chopping my onions, but it also then retains that heat plenty long for the food to still be hot when I inevitably return to it 15 minutes after I turned off the hob, because I forgot it was ready. It's not the most stackable thing, and I can see there being a space issue when I replace all my pots & pans with these, but let's face it; most of the time it goes from hob to draining board back to hob; I have not touched our other pans since getting this.We have a glass hob and I don't tend to be overly careful with the pan, swinging it around like a wild animal and scraping it across different hobs to get the best "feel" for the day. There's been no scratches or dents to either the pan or the hob so far, so both seem durable. I've even dropped the lid a few times and it's still as sturdy as the day it came.I also like how easy it is to put together & then take apart for that deeper clean of all the nooks & crannies. There are two downsides to this pan however:- the little "lip" things at the side do help when pouring soupy things into a blender, but you still have to be very careful with it as they aren't quite deep enough to channel everything into the spouty thing. Also, the heft of the pan does mean that it is a fairly good arm workout to get it shoulder-height.- I wish it could go in the oven. I love one-pot meals for the quickness and ease, and it seems like such a shame to do 90% of the cooking in this pan and then move it to another just for the oven part. But even with those two, I'm still impressed. I've been told it's not the best idea to spend hundreds in replacing all our pans with these just before christmas, so I have to wait to buy more but once it's all clear, I will be buying more. Because should a horrible accident happen to my one, I don't think I could go back to inferior pans.
