I purchased this for a friend who has a hard time taking pills. She loves having a liquid version.

I have taken a minimum of 50 mg B complex for years but 5 years ago was diagnosed with a type of microscopic colitis which did not allow digestion or absorption of my usual B-100 tablets. Other liquid B complexes were a much lower strength than i am used to. I was so happy to find Buried Treasure liquid B complete. Not only does it have the strength of B vitamins that benefit my energy and all over feeling of wellness, but it also has 1000 mg of C, a good dose of Rutin and other supplements my body needs and can no longer digest in other forms. I don't care for the taste but I mix it with a 2-3 tablespoons of cranberry juice, flavored crystal light tea or similar and it goes down good in a few swallows and my digestive system doesn't reject it and it doesn't cause me any digestive issues like other things I've tried. I usually take it a little while after a meal.

The B complex has made such a difference. I was so fatigue now I have more energy.

I've tried a few liquid B complexes. This one is the best and I have already reordered. The flavor is not bitter and easy to take. I put in juice with my veggie and fruit powder. With this B Complex my nails have grown beautiful and strong, which for me is amazing. The other B's didn't do this for me. Must be the added Biotin. Also, I hope not too much info, but my urine was not really strong like the other B's. If you have taken B's you know this. This is my B complex from now on. Thank you Buried Treasure.

I purchased this product couple days ago and it came on May 24. shook the product and open it and it spilled out continually. Seems like the product was fermented or expired. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this product because it has a not eligible for return.
