We have been using this product for over a year. The ingredients are really good and no fillers. One of us has high liver enzymes but since using this they have come down significantly! Love the value and effect!

I like that this does not have lots of fillers in it like many others i checked out, and NO soy, because soy is not good for your thyroid and i did not want rice as a filler either, because i want the real deal and if you look it shows on the label fish free! do not want fish because of the dirty and toxic ocean and radiation that is in the fish and this is so important when detoxing! The price is awesome after seeing other products higher price and with toxic additives. I felt for some time that I had a sluggish liver system..have been taking these small capsules for a couple of weeks now and feel so much better. I take one morning and evening and have seen my stomach go down in size, improvement in my skin, and in general a "feel-good" feeling with Vitalitown Milk Thistle Extract. I purchased this product after reading a review by an Amz customer who stated that his blood tests had always had elevated liver enzymes, and that these herbal caps lowered his AST and ALT's. These new results show numbers that are significantly lower and very close to normal. I will continue to take MT until those levels are completely normalized. Saw these vitamins on sale with lightning deal for a great price and i know how beneficial milk thisle is so I bought them. When they arrived i realized that there is also zinc in them which is not necessary at all. What does zinc have to do with milk thisle? Since it's a supplement I can't return it so I guess I will take them.
