Q: does anyone know what the difference is berween the mgd formula and the cmc formula Thanks

I wear contacts and use the mgd formula (for several years now.) Much improved. Best product I found.

Q: Does this come in a bottle rather than individual portions?

no this product is preservative free and all preservative free drops needs to be in individual vials not bottles to prevent contamination

Q: What is the size of the box?

Small box. Contains 30 "individual use" vials. Actually, I continue to use the contents of each vial for about a day if you pop the lid back on.
