A&e recommended I get something like this to redress a bandage as had managed to take a hefty gouge out of a finger that needed to heal ‚from the inside out‘. This stuff is amazing - it kept the wound moist enough so new skin/ finger could generate. So despite dire warnings I would be left with a dent I haven’t and even the nerves have recovered

Need saline to remove , should be sold together? NB my package arrived promptly but Amazon Delvert sticker obscured important information on use and restrictions in the box.

I used it over my leg ulcer and being non adhering edged was more comfortable 👍
