This is an authentic checkered YELLOW Cab and the make & the finish is extremely good, the doors open too, the size of the vehicle is pretty decent, neither too small, nor too big!!The only & most important prob is if you are buying this as an iconic NYC taxi memento then you are wrong, as the words NYC is not written anywhere in this vehicle.NYC yellow taxis either have the1. “Welcome to NYC” Nion Tab signs on the top of the car2. (or) NYC TAXI Signs on the doors So the whole purpose of buying an iconic NYCI got this as an NYC TAXI Memento gift for someone & it is disappointing to not have NYC written anywhere.
