I use Nesco's Convert-A-Tray (CT-2SGP for the FD-75) purchased from the Nesco website. The center grid is removable allowing you to increase your tray height. I make my yogurt in a bowl and it works well. www.nesco.com/products/Dehydrators/Add-a-Trays/Convert-A-Tray-Set-of-2-Speckled/

Q: can i use this in australia? we run on 240v ac

The unit only comes for 120V operation and does not include adapters. I would assume you would have to find a way to convert the power.

My product clearly says "made in China" on the bottom of the machine.
