Product works as intended! I use it along with a KETO diet and take every morning when I first wake up. I feel like it helps flush out my system and provide more energy. Pills are easy to swallow capsules, I just wish that you did not have to take 3 pills to reach the 1500mg, although, I guess this gives you more control over the MGs you want to take. There is not after taste or digestive issues. Happy with my purchase and will purchase again.

I have looked at a lot of brands, and this one seems to hit the sweet spot for balance of quality and a good price. I am using it for heart support. It is prettyeasy on the stomach, the capsules are easy to swallow and i like it is manufactured in USA. The reviews were also nice. Will definitely repurchase from this brand unless I find so ething of equal quality for better price manufactured here.

I've been taking Benevolent L-Carnitine for the last 3 months. I can't say it's such a noticeable energy booster as other reviewers mentioned, but it has helped with recovery after strength training for sure. It's also easier to tolerate with much less bloating than a few other L-Carnitine Tartrates I have taken so far.

I bought Benevolent Advanced Strength L-Carnitine Supplement - 1500 MG High Potency as it advertises 1500 MG in the title. Shame on me for not reading the fine print. Serving size is 3 capsules so it's really 500 MG per capsule. I really don't like misleading/deceptive marketing. As far as performance is concerned, I notice no difference between this and Spring Valley that I purchase from Walmart. Walmart is $19.52 for 120 capsules. I paid $21.50 for 120 capsules Benevolent Advanced Strength L-Carnitine. I probably won't purchase Benevolent Advanced Strength L-Carnitine again.
