Q: Will these hold up in a grill?

They are very nice, stainless steel and heavy duty. They should hold up just fine

Q: Are they dishwasher safe?

In the advertising it states that they need to be washed by hand to maintain the integrity of the stainless steel. I washed mine in the dishwasher and now all of this metally film appears on the metal and the stainless steel appears to be oxidized and discolored. I won't use them again. So don't buy these unless you plan on hand washing them.
