All the ingredients make dishes or food tasty.You can add it during cooking too to substitute raw tomato with it.It contains red chilly powder as ingredient.Packing was good enough.Shelf life is good at room temperature of below 30 degree C.No need of refrigeration prior opening.In winter I did not even keep it under refrigeration even after opening.But it did last keeping full aroma & taste intact.But price should be kept lower as others small,in house,local brand may snatch its market share by offering lower price.
