Life saver
After trying different steamers without success and having to return them because the water kept spilling all over the place, I finally came around this one. This was the best purchase ever, as it's super easy to use and does the job. I've been using it for a good while now and have had no issues at all.

It's a boss - buy it!
This steamer is impressive. I just received it today and decided to try it out on some blouses. I purchased the blouses from Amazon and they came shrink wrapped with a million creases and fold lines. I tried washing and drying, using wrinkle releaser, my old steamer and nothing removed the creases. I thought I was stuck with three blouses I would never be able to wear. I had been thinking about a new steamer for a while, but kept reading that the one I had was the top rated. I did a little more digging and discovered that in some of the trials, the Chi actually squeezed out the highly ranked Conair. I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. It removed every fold line, crease, and wrinkle and now I have three new blouses that I love. I will update if something changes my mind, but for now if you are looking for a steamer you won't go wrong with this one.

Very nice but...
Found out about this with a friend that traveled with us and had one. Saves an enormous amount of time and works very well. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because it does not have an on and off switch.

So far, so good.
I don't often need a steamer, but our old one, travel version stopped working and we had a bunch of heavier fabric, folding chair covers to dewrinkle and only a day or two to make that happen. After hours of resesearch, we decided to give this one a shot. It's a big boy, but had a water reservoir that seemed to hold more than others, was easy to fill, reattach and drain when finished. It had decent reviews for the most part. The wide area where the steam comes out made the job go quicker, had continuous and burst settings with a regular or MAX choice as well. The steam can be paused and then turned back on- handy and safer. It can stand up on its own easily. Loved that too. It got the wrinkles out of the heavy chair cover material, my flowy floor length dress, hubby's dress pants, shirt and tie. Yes, it did take quite a while to do all these differently textured items, but once I got a rythym going with refilling the water tank, it was fine and could have taken much longer. We did play it safe by using distilled water to avoid corrosion as seen in other companies steamer reviews, althought it was not required to do so in the instructions for our choice. Were my arms and hands tired when I was finished? Yes. It didn't feel heavy until I was steaming for a few hours. Overall, a good choice and I am pleased with this purchase. I'm sure it'll will come in very handy for many things around the house in the future. This is not what I would classify as a travel steamer unless you were taking it in a car, not in carry on luggage! It's big and would take up some room. This product came through for us when we needed something reliable for dewrinkling many types and textures of fabric without a single scorch or issue.

Did not work as well as I expected
I thought this would save me ironing and dry cleaning. I did not feel like it helped with the wrinkles as I expected it would. I did not send back but wish I had not purchased

I've used other handheld steamers and this one is the best.
Love this steamer. The water reservoir is easy to fill and also has a big enough opening so that it can dry out completely after being emptied. I like the easy to reach steam boost button, which stays turbo once pressed until you press it again and it goes back to regular steam. The on/off regular steam switch has a slide option that can be moved for continuous steaming, which is nice. The attachment brush works well and really helps to gently get the steam into the clothing fibers for things like a wool blazer or pants. Overall, I am very pleasantly surprised to like the steamer as much as I do and I think it is a very good value.
