I'm a big fan of the regular Toleriane Double Repair Moisturizer (I still use this one at night), so I was really excited to try this matte version for daytime—and it did not disappoint! It gives almost the same level of hydration as the original but with a noticeably matte finish, which I really appreciate.The original formula is still a bit more moisturizing, but it always left my skin looking too shiny (unless you're into the glazed donut look—which I can't quite pull off). This matte version tones that down perfectly while still keeping my skin comfortable.I also noticed they have an SPF version now, so I’ll definitely be grabbing that one next!

This is my daily moisturizer. I use it during the day and evening. It leaves the skin feeling soft, moisturized and matte as it promises.It is effective for the whole day. I apply it to my face after washing it early in the morning and when I leave my work at 5:00 it’s still matte! I hate the moisturizers that leaves that shiny, greasy face. I don’t understand why people like products like that.I think it has enough product to last for maybe three months. You just apply a little bit and massage it into the skin. The skin absorbs it really fast. I highly recommend it for people with greasy skin.

A gem if you have sensitive or reactive skin. This cream has saved me when my skin is irritated by the weather or by using harsher products like retinol or exfoliants. It feels light, has no fragrance, and absorbs super quickly. I love that it has niacinamide and ceramides, because it helps soothe and hydrate at the same time.My skin is combination and acne-prone, and it hasn't caused any breakouts or left my face shiny. I use it mostly in the morning under sunscreen, and also at night when I want something gentle but effective. I will definitely repurchase it.

I’m a man with a somewhat oily t-zone (forehead and nose), so I was happy to find this face moisturizer which makes my skin appear more matte/less shiny, but in a very natural-looking way.I don’t usually spend this much money on skincare, but it only takes a couple drops to cover my forehead and nose, so the container lasts a long time. I don’t like lotions with fragrances, and this is probably about as fragrance-free as I’ve ever experienced.

The best moisturizer for oily skin. I’ve tried many other brands like Lancome, Clinique, Cerave, Cetaphil, and nothing has worked as well as this moisturizer. It truly does control oil production unlike many other products that claim to do so but fall short. No matter what I’ve ever done, I wake up with a super oily forehead. Since using this moisturizer, I don’t wake up with an oily forehead anymore! Try this if you have a haircut with bangs you wish to keep the hair oil free! Amazing product!

Thank you, La Roche Posay, for making an actual matte moisturizer! I don't want to look glowy, or radiant, or like I have glass skin. I've been oily all my life and that look just isn't for me! It's perfectly moisturizing without the gel texture drying me out. It's not sticky at all and it's also fragrance free, which I really appreciate. I'm so glad they made an SPF of this, as well. Just purchased it and love it, too!

The product went on nicely, but it pilled on my skin, or rubbed off in little clumps - especially when I applied sunscreen on top of it. I avoid using it now.
