I like the packaging and branding of these high strength mineral and vitamin formula. These contain 100% NRV of Boron, Chromium, Copper, Iodine, Iron, Manganese, Molybdenum, Selenium and Zinc. 1000mg of Vitamin C is contained in each capsule, playing an important role in the function of the immune system, energy production and the nervous system. Vitamin C also helps to maintain the health of the skin, blood vessels, bone & cartilage, reduces tiredness & fatigue and is a potent antioxidant. I'm feeling the benefits after a month, during the winter months, when I was the only member of my household (8) not to be ill over Christmas. Vegan, good value and made in the UK. You couldn’t possibly enjoy taking this I couldn’t care less the ingredients the smell is vile I wasn’t even prepared to taste em I use time for nutrition products a fair bit but these vitamins will not be 1 of them

A healthcare professional advised me to take vitamin C and D supplements as i have high prolactin levels due to my mental health medication and with that comes a risk of osteoporosis in later life. So i figured i'd get some and because i don't always eat healthily i decided to go for these multi vitamins.These multi vitamins that are to be taken morning and evening have the full dose of vitamin D and plenty of Vitamin C plus so much more that i feel i'm covering all bases.I love that these are manufactured in the UK, ensuring they're made to high standards.When opening the screw lidded container there's a vitamin smell but when put on the tongue i can't taste anything. They are in capsules that don't allow any nasty tastes to get on my tongue. These capsules are smooth and incredibly easy to swallow with water.These are everything i want in a multi vitamin product.

The Time 4 multivitamins and minerals have a standard 100% NRV balance in content per serving of two tablets, with the big boost of Vitamin C.The tablets are easy enough to swallow with some water, and will give you all the supplements you might need, except for Calcium, Phosphorus and Magnesium. These are the only significant lacks, but in the absence of milk if you drink enough hard water you should be OK there too.My local supermarket’s own brand tablets have a complete balance, 100% NRV in all categories for a single tablet. Alas, this Time4 offering is four times as expensive if you follow the ‘serving’ recommendation.

I take vitamins because of an increase in strenuous exercise, the most important to me are the b vitamins. These capsules contain all of those at 100% RDA as well as other vital vitamins and metals including zinc. I used to have separate tubs with b complex and zma etc but I’m happy these single caps are providing sufficient vitamins negating the need for taking different vitamins. These are one on the morning one at night, probably for better absorption, the only minor thing is the price, although you’re getting it all in one purchase making it easier! I’d buy these all the time if they were slightly cheaper than £19.99

The media could not be loaded. unlike its vitamin-K version this one smells and tastes disgusting, I would have liked also a multi-vitamin without any synthetic ingredients, ascorbic acid is actually a synthetic vitamin-C and its usually comes from GMO corn, I'm willing to bet this has GMO ingredients in it, made in facility that handles milk egg and soya.Pretty sure other ingredientrs in this are synthetic too, I don't recommend it why would I its not 100% organic or 100% GMO free.

I've taken a multivitamin for a while, but usually a more well known brand. I've switched to these and used them for the past month, and haven't noticed that I've been using a different product which is a good sign.The packaging and general branding of these is good, there's a lot on info on the bottle on exactly what is included and it's all clearly laid out, and obviously well written and not horribly translated. It purports to be a British product entirely, which is nice if that is important to you, and certainly the standard of instruction and ingredients info supports the fact that it's a quality product. I have since got some other supplements from the same people, and it may become a brand of choice.The capsules themselves are pretty straightforward, nothing really to add, they're not enormous but do take a decent mouthful of water to swallow. No real taste in the mouth for me either, so very easy to take.

Contains most vitamins and minerals at a 100% NRV level (200% for Vitamin K), but the Vitamin C content is egregious at 1250% which is rather excessive in my opinion. Whilst I might take high doses over a short duration (e.g. if I am going down with a cold) it's not something I would want to be doing over prolonged periods. Whilst Vitamin C is water soluble and excess is removed from the body, there do seem to be some concerns around possible side effects from regular high dosages.
