I heard about schisandra from Dr Stacy Sims and liked the sound of an afternoon boost without the use of caffeine. I can confirm these sis what I hoped for me. Has increased alertness and no afternoon slump! Really effective prior to an afternoon training session too. Great product.

I got this on a whim having not really heard of it before - but my present early understanding of this herb is thus: (But please do your own research, I am just a consumer not a clinician):- An adaptogen- Contains Lignans and Antioxidents- Mental Clarity- Considered beneficial for QiThe lists do go on. It's quite an interesting herb to research!I do always suggest that strong and powerful supplements are likely to have interactions and reasons not to take them - it was a little difficult to find hard research on this supplement, but I would really strongly advise that you do!If you do decide to take it, at 7.99 for 2 months' supply - if it works for you, that's pretty cheap really.I haven't noticed a major difference yet, and I am taking a cautious approach to taking it whilst I continue my research. But I would at very least recommend researching this intriguing supplement for yourself.Five stars from me with the caveats above.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

I've never taken Schisandra berry before or even heard of it but I'm glad I've been given the opportunity because researching this super berry it's said to support a wide range of health benefits.The supplements came in a handy resealable pouch in capsule form with a suggested intake of 2 a day. Each serving contains 1,000mg of organic Schisandra berry that I found easy to swallow with no aftertaste.I like that they come in a two month supply, are organic, vegan and 3rd party tested for purity and potency and have a long best before date.

I really like this Alpha Zero One brand and now use a number of their supplements. They are clearly marked as being vegan and they take care to use vegetarian capsule shells. I like the fact these are in pouches that are easy to reseal, using less plastic than a bottle. They are reasonably price, especially impressive considering the quality of the ingredients.Here you are getting 120 easy to swallow capsules. The stated daily serving is 2 so this will last you around 2 month. You get a decent dosage of 1000 mg and a very long expiry date so there is plenty of time to use this. Definitely one to consider, especially if you are vegan. It’s nice to get a quality vegan supplement at a decent price.
