1. The thin plastic material is very thin, and if you use the straps it will warp it after some use. Consider adding reinforcement behind with your own straps.2. The Amazon box that it came in was too short (see photo), thus the shield was compressed and bent when taken out. Immediately put it handle down on a flat surface with a small weight on top to regain its shape. Slight not-noticeable crack on edge due to this.3. The colour is not like the photo shown, it is literally black and gold ONLY (no shades of gray or gold like in the photo, its due to reflection from the neon ceiling light). However for the price it is a good buy and also a good starting point to do your modifications.

very good but don't sit on it, thin plastic is flexible its impervious to foam swords but not people trying to sit on it with their feet twisting the rim to the point of breakage, it was fine until somebody sat on it and stomped around the rim at the same time, even then its only a crack and a chunk but, as long as you don't stomp on the rim while sitting on it, you should be fine. very nice would buy again

This looks like it’s the real deal unfortunately the quality was not there. It feels like a thin plastic plate. Literally feels like something from the dollar store. The size was very good. Overall this product is good for photos only I feel like even transportation in the car would harm it

I'm 5'4" for reference (a bit taller with those heels though), and this shield was the perfect size. It's large and not heavy whatsoever, and it could definitely be attached to your back eith some kind of strap. It's sturdy, and the paint job is realistic. The only minor complaint I have is that it arrived with some paper that had been seemingly hot glued/attached to the front of the shield. Once cleaned, though, it looks amazing.

As others mentioned, the shield is very flimsy. I'm really going to have to be careful with it so that I don't accidentally break it. They need to bring the price down because it is definitely not worth it.

Very thin and cheap. My item arrived cracked and was sent a replacement in even worse condition. The item itself is very thin and fragile just like a kids plastic Halloween mask however when Amazon ships it they put it in a big box with very little protection. The box and product were both a mess.

This may be plastic but it was light to carry and I got so many compliments on this shield it was the perfect accessory for my costume.thank you so much!

With some work and ingenuity, this shield can be altered to look nearly identical to the shield in the movie. I started by using reference photos of the back of the movie shield, added EVA foam and other materials, and new straps just like Diana’s. Then I re-painted the entire front and sprayed a couple of coats of a matte sealer to look more realistic and not plastic. For a $40 shield and a few cheap materials, it beats the pre-made $200+ 3d printed foam shields.
